REFUND POLICYThe participant will be eligible for a full refund: a. If he/she withdraws at least five days prior to the event date. b. The participant can either choose to carry forward their participation only once to a future event or get a full refund in this scenario. The Participant will be eligible for a maximum refund of 30% of the full course fee payable:a. If he/she withdraws between four days to one day prior to the event date. b. There will be no carry forward awarded to the participant in this scenario. The participant will NOT be eligible for any refund or carry forward: a. If he/she fails to attend the event b. If he/she withdraws on the event day itself. Refunds will usually take seven working days to process.
